We do the honors of our city with local recipes, classic cacio e pepe, amatriciana and the famous carbonara whose popularity precedes us. Even if we are placed in Rome, we don’t forget to enhance the riches of the entire Italian territory, from north to south, from veal with tuna sauce to eggplant parmigiana, selecting the best raw materials that our brigade, led by Marco Serio, works carefully from our open kitchen. Our staff, coordinated by Salvatore Scarfò, will make you feel at home by recommending the best pairings from a constantly evolving wine list, between small producers and great certainties. Protecting the environment is a topic dear to us: we are a 90% plastic free restaurant and we collaborate with a local company that makes aquaponics with 5% water waste.

The gradual return to normalty after the Covid-19 emergency gave us the opportunity to focus on the safety of our restaurant customers. That’s why we made some organizational and structural changes. The reduction of the seats imposed by the interpersonal distancing was compensated by longer kitchen hours, mandatory booking and triple shifts which run like clockwork, divided as follows:

Lunch service schedule:

First: from 12pm to 1.30pm

Second: from 1.45pm to 3pm

Third: from 3.15pm until the closing time

Dinner service schedule:

First: from 7pm to 8.45pm

Second: from 9pm to 10.45pm

Third: from 11pm until the closing time
