We celebrate Rome starting from local recipes. The menu rotates seasonally but some dishes cannot be missing, such as Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana and the Signature Carbonara by Luciano Monosilio, of course. We take care to enhance all the riches of the territory, from northen to southern Italy, selecting the best raw materials that our brigade, brilliantly coordinated by Alessio, works with care from the open kitchen. Our director Antonio together with Navid and all the guys working for the service will surprice you offering you combinations from a constantly evolving wine list, between artisanal winemakers and historical wine producers.
The wine list gives voice to the most representative regional wineries with a dedicated section called “Lazio according to Luciano”. There is also a special section to the “Women in Wine”, selected producers for an interesting all female point of view. Francesco will support you in choosing the bottle that best accompanies the menu.
It is possible to reserve a table inside the restaurant (indoors), in our Pastificio Lab or in the large Dehors (Outdoors) which is located in the square that we ourselves have recently redeveloped and pedestrianized on behalf of the Municipality of Rome.
